Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed through 43CBD.com are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the United States, to locations where hemp-derived CBD products are legal. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure CBD is legal in their state before ordering.

CARRIERS & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days after processing.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

DELAYS & LIABILITY
43 Solutions, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control. Once a package leaves our facility, liability for delivery rests with the carrier.
