Is CBD Psychoactive? (Does it get your high?)
no. While CBD is classified as mildly psychoactive, it doesn’t produce the “high” associated with THC. In fact, CBD can actually counteract the psychoactive effects of THC.
CBD is one of the primary cannabinoids found in hemp, alongside THC, CBG, and CBDA. THC is the psychoactive compound responsible for the high, but our products contain less than 0.3% THC—far below the level needed to cause any psychoactive effects.

Is CBD Oil Legal?
Yes, CBD oil is derived from hemp and is legal in the state of Colorado and now in all 50 states. The passing of the 2018 farm bill, also known as the Agricultural Act of 2018, gave authorization to state departments of agriculture and institutions of higher learning in states that have legalized hemp cultivation to grow the crop for research and pilot programs. It is categorized as a food-based product by the Colorado Department of Health and Environment. The cultivation of Colorado hemp is overseen by the Colorado Department of Agriculture.

Will I fail a drug test if I take CBD?
43 Solutions full spectrum hemp products contain a naturally occurring trace amount of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The amount of THC in our products never exceeds 0.3% concentration by weight, per state and federal regulations and definitions of industrial hemp. While it is highly unlikely that one would fail a drug test from using our products, that possibility cannot be ruled out.
